The aim of the project is to develop strong and mutually beneficial cooperation links between culture schools of different Nordic and Baltic countries, thus raising children and youth interest in acquiring necessary skills for singing and playing different music instruments, facilitating exchange of experience between music pedagogues and allowing them to gain new methodological knowledge, as well as promoting usage of innovative approaches in the musical education.

Main activities
The aim of the project is achieved by organising of class exchanges and teacher exchanges to all partner institutions, establishing of a so called "Nordplus Orchestra" and organising of concerts for wider auditory. The schedule of exchange visits contain master classes; teacher's shadowing; brainstorming and round table discussion about innovations in educational process; the possibility for the pupils to attend the practical music lessons by local pedagogues and for the teachers - to train local children and youngsters; joint trainings of foreign and local pupils; possibilities to try untraditional instruments; concerts to local societies by the individual participants and the established Nordplus Orchestra; discussions about the further cooperation as the follow-up of the project, etc.
